If you don’t love it, I’ll help you list it.

  • I’ll meet with you and walk you through the process, discuss methods, and answer and questions you have. There’s much more to selling a home than just taking a few pictures & putting a sign in the yard.

  • We will tour your home and discuss a listing price you are comfortable with based on the current market. We’ll look at market trends, current housing statistics, and your home’s own unique characteristics to determine a listing price.

  • I will share my own experience, tips, tricks, and anything else to best prepare your home for the market.

  • We will get your home listed on the MLS so thousands of agents have access to it, along with 3rd party sites like Zillow, Redfin, etc.

  • After offers come in, we will go through each of them and determine which offer best suits you for your situation. Knowing the terms of a contract and understanding timelines can be tricky without a professional.

  • Once under contract, there are still a lot of moving parts on the road to ‘SOLD’. I will continue to work with you and all the other individuals from other professions to keep the contract moving smoothly.

  • After everything has been negotiated, coordinated, and scheduled, we are ready for closing day!

  • It is finally time to sign. You have officially sold you home and you are now ready to move onto your next chapter in a new location!

Seller’s Frequently Asked Questions

  • Everyone’s situation is different. When we meet, we can discuss your situation specifically and you can decide how you want to proceed.

  • This is a common fear with sellers and rightfully so. We will walk through your options to put you in the strongest position going forward so you’re not put in a difficult position.

  • You absolutely can! However, having an agent carry the burden of all the behind the scenes headaches for you can save you a lot of stress down the road and potentially get you a better price.

  • Commissions are negotiable. However, be careful with discount agents. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Would you want to reduce your wages for the same work you do now and still work as hard?

  • When we meet, we’ll discuss the process and I’ll answer questions you have. If you decide we wouldn’t be a good fit, that’s okay! I am not for everyone. We’ll shake hands and go our separate ways.
